SHIPPING POLICY

Once you order is placed we try our level best to deliver the product to you within 24 to 48 hours with a delivery charge varying with your area of delivery. We try our level best to provide your product on time but would really appreciate your cooperation incase of an unplanned delay cause of the increasing demand. You can call us at anytime to get an update on your order and we would be more then happy to assist you.

Our riders will always try to contact you (if possible) to confirm you are home before delivering to avoid failed deliveries and loss of quality as seafood needs to maintain a certain temperature to maintain its quality.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If there is an issue with your order, simply take a picture of it and email it to seafoodmenow@gmail.com. We take great pride in our quality, however, some humanly mistakes are possible and we will try our best to solve your problem as soon as possible. When you order from us we would like for you to have a sense of satisfaction to only get the best and we work really hard to provide that. Thus incase of any mishap we will be sure to take your feedback and get the problem solved to help us improve. Our customers satisfaction is very important to us.
