Privacy & data use

This website uses information needed to process seafood orders, including your name, contact details, delivery address, selected products, preparation requests and payment method. It also records first-party website analytics such as page and section impressions, product impressions, clicks, searches, category and sort activity, cart actions, checkout activity, scroll depth, session timing, referring source, browser/device information and the public IP address received by our server. While a storefront tab is actively open, a short-lived session heartbeat may also be used in the password-protected Admin dashboard to show the number of live viewers, their current storefront/page and recent first-party shopping actions; this live-presence state expires quickly and is not used for cross-site fingerprinting. This information is used to operate and secure the service, route visitors to the correct Pakistan or Canada storefront, understand website performance and improve the shopping experience. The analytics tracker is not designed to collect passwords or payment-card numbers.

Country routing

Your apparent public-IP country is used to select the Pakistan or Canada storefront when you open the main website address. A country-code lookup may be performed through an IP geolocation service. You can deliberately open the Canada storefront at /ca or the Pakistan storefront at /pk; that explicit path overrides automatic country routing for that visit. We use country routing for storefront access and pricing rather than to build a precise location history.

Delivery location

For Pakistan orders under 2 kg, you may enter a delivery address or choose to share your device location so the website can calculate delivery distance from the configured dispatch point. Location information is used for delivery pricing and fulfilment.

Optional address suggestions

When address suggestions are enabled, the partial address text you type may be sent to Google Maps Platform Places API so Seafood Me Now can show optional address, landmark, business and Plus Code suggestions. You never have to select a suggestion and may always enter the delivery address manually. If you select a suggestion, the formatted address and location details returned for that transaction may be used for order fulfilment and delivery calculations. Google Maps Platform content is provided subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policy.

Payments

Online card payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted payment page and are not stored in Seafood Me Now's website data files. Cash on delivery is also available on the Pakistan storefront.

Orders and live tracking

Order details are used to confirm availability, prepare products, arrange pickup or delivery, provide live order-status tracking, send transactional status notifications and maintain business records. Guest tracking links contain a random tracking token so the order can be reopened after leaving the page.

Customer accounts and personalization

If you choose to create an account, we store your name, email, phone number and saved delivery address so checkout can be filled faster and your order history can be shown after sign-in. Account passwords are stored as one-way salted password hashes rather than readable passwords. The storefront can also use first-party browsing activity, products viewed or added to the cart, previous orders and the current device visitor identifier to show recent orders and product recommendations. Signed-in history follows the account; guest personalization can remain on the same browser/device through first-party storage.

Marketing

Promotional email is sent only when a customer has marketing permission. For a known customer or visitor with that permission, Seafood Me Now can send a one-time 5% follow-up after a website visit ends without an order and no order is placed during the following 48 hours. The offer uses the email already associated with the account, an opted-in checkout, or a previous opted-in order. We cannot email a completely anonymous visitor whose email address is unknown. Promotional messages include an unsubscribe link. Order confirmation and service messages may still be sent when needed to complete a purchase.

Storage and access

Order and operational data is stored on the website server and is accessible through the password-protected business dashboard. Access should be limited to authorized staff. Analytics events, including associated public IP addresses and first-party behavioral activity, are retained until an authorized administrator manually deletes the analytics data. There is no automatic 90-day analytics deletion in this build. Access to raw activity and IP data is restricted to the password-protected admin dashboard.
